Just what we need at full speed

Very helpful team, which always try to fulfill customer's requirements.

The items I ordered were of the usual quality and I am happy with that. But they arrived in a home made box too small to even put a sticker with the address on. Moreover, my address was not even on it! It was actually a miracle that it reached me. When i complained, some incompetent and truly arrogant person at av-corp told me it was all my fault. It is very unlikely I will shop at av-corp again, despite past experiences were not bad. I just don't want to be disrespected as a buyer in such a nasty manner.

I'm very happy with the service I received from AVcorp. I live in Vancouver, Canada and I ordered some RAMM Audio banana plugs which I cannot find in Canada. I had mistakenly ordered the banana plugs in gold plating but after realizing my mistake I emailed AVcorp and asked that they substitute the gold banana plugs for the RAMM Audio rhodium banana plugs. They did that before shipping out the gold plated plugs so I received what I had originally wanted. The process of buying from AVcorp and the shipping to Canada was easy and trouble free. Thank you to AVcorp, you have a Canadian friend and customer.
