I think your whole process was very good,what let it down for me was my delivery company getting touch to say I need to pay over £28 in customs fees. The item was already quite expensive but then with that levied on top pushed it too high ,really. I looked but I couldn't see anywhere on your site where it said customs charges may be added to your item ,so I presumed it was already included in the UK shipping charge/cost of item.
