Still waiting for a refund on delivery order for next day delivery and pay for it 5 days later it arrived and if I hadn’t managed to get hold of someone I wouldn’t have got my order !

Quick delivery and good service

Wrong pannier rack was sent on 11th of May.Since then l have sent emails(with pictures) made 5 phone calls,and ebikeclinic have not resolved or given me any indication when it will be. Now nearly 3 weeks since ordered.

The 3a charger is perfect as I can now charge my eskuta sx250 around 7 hours instead of 11 hours with the 2a charger
