The product is as expected and arrived safely packaged, however I was notified around a month after the order (and around under 3 weeks to the due date) that it would have been delayed by 30-45 days (ended up being delayed by roughly 2 months). They did offer alternative products (with a smaller discount than the one I got on the product I ordered) and a complimentary 1-year extension on the warranty, so I'm fairly satisfied.

Good customers service, would be five stars if there was an accurate delivery date when ordering. Other than that highly recommend
