The bike was advertised as a 2 day delivery item on the website. This turned into 2 months. Despite my many phonecalls and emails, the staff at Escooter Clinic remained curteous and professional at all times, which is really commendable. By stating on their website that the bike could take 2 months to arrive, Escooter Clinic could manage expectations a bit better and save themselves from receiving phonecalls and emails from customers. Communication could be improved by being a bit more pro-active, but friendliness and profesionallity receive top marks.

Scooter was ordered end November arrived midd January loads calls and email with no real answer on delivery date ( scooter was nice when it arrived)

I was given regular progress updates about the order. The unicycle arrived and was in proper working order and was a decent price too.

I'm so happy about my new Fiido D3 pro mini. It's great and life changing for my daily commute to work. Great costumer service too!! Thank you so much!!!

Order received at supper speed but was damaged an can not be used

Took 2 months and also I had to go to UPS myself to collect the scooter.

The staff in shop were very accommodating and knowledgeable 👌🏼
