I was unable to pay with either Apple Pay or a credit card and had to make a bank transfer. Later, I was asked to pay via PayPal, which almost led me to pay twice for the order. Additionally, I wasn’t aware that I needed to order extra straps for a newborn—if I had known, I would have added them to my initial order. Now, I have to place a separate order for the straps, which cost 6 EUR, while the shipping fee is 8 EUR. It’s not a big amount, but it leaves a bad impression.

Das Tuch ist sehr schön und in vielen Details auch sehr wertvoll. Leider ist der Stoff an den Trägern doch etwas dünn und gibt einem ein etwas wenigeres Sicherheitsgefühl am rocken und beim festbinden. Die Kopfstütze zum individuellen Festbinden ist schön, aber unpraktisch. Hier fehlen mir die Druckknöpfe oder ein praktischer Verschluss zum festmachen.
