You sent the wrong model of Non-contact laser pyrometer thermometer -50 +550°c. You sent the older model, NOT the one on your image. Also the packaging of the order is a mess. Trust me I work with eCommerce and this is just about as bad as it can be. This is the second order from you. The first one was even worse, with damaged products. And you did not even bother to reply to our claim. Not really impressed 🤷 Let me guess that you will not publish this rewiew...
